- A Legacy Heating representative will contact you within 6-12 months after signing up to schedule the Annual Maintenance/Duct Cleaning included with the plan.
- Diagnostic fees are waived throughout the home.
- Repair discounts are EXCLUSIVE to the unit covered under the maintenance plan.
- Emergency priority service is EXCLUSIVE to the unit under the maintenance plan.
- This is a minimum one-year contract that auto-renews annually. After the year, you may email or call our office at least 30 days prior to the renewal date if you wish to cancel.
- The maintenance plan applies to one piece of equipment.
- To ensure optimal indoor air quality throughout the home, all furnaces on the property must be included when enrolling to the Legacy Clean Air Plan.
- All equipment covered under a Maintenance Plan will be serviced during a single visit. (Weather and scheduling permitting)
- Filters included with the plan will be provided at the time of the maintenance covered under the plan.

| Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) | $12.95 per month | Cleaning or pre-filters and core once per year. Must be completed at the time of Furnace, A/C or Heat Pump maintenance. (This service can only be offered during the months of April to September due to outdoor water requirements.) |
