Dispatcher

Calgary, AB | Full-Time | Day, Evening & Weekend Availability | $22hr

We’re looking for a Dispatcher to join our team— someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to accuracy and customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Do:

• Handle and prioritize incoming warranty-related calls
• Schedule technicians efficiently and accurately for service appointments
• Coordinate between departments to ensure timely communication and resolution
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts, and follow-ups
• Support the team by helping ensure a smooth and organized daily dispatch schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (HVAC or trades experience an asset)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts (Dispatch team operates daily from 6AM–12AM)
