What You’ll Do:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, web chats, and social media inquiries
• Offer and promote maintenance plans and memberships
• Book and follow up on service estimates and opportunities
• Upsell maintenance services and other home comfort solutions (we’ll train you!)
• Coordinate technicians efficiently and keep customers informed
• Process payments and update customer records
• Contribute to sales goals and earn bonuses and commissions for your results

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• A friendly, customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Inside sales or scheduling experience (HVAC or trades background is an asset)

Availability:

Full-time position – must be flexible for daytime, evening, or weekend shifts.

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance, with higher earnings achieved through strong sales results and customer conversion.
